• Quote and Product Data: Information entered to create, manage, or submit quotes, including SKUs, quantities, pricing configurations, and notes.
• Usage & Technical Data: Log data, browser type, IP address, device information, and usage analytics to monitor performance and improve functionality.
• Support Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support or troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

Information collected through Quote Creator is used strictly for internal business purposes, including:

• Providing access to and functionality of the CPQ platform
• Generating, managing, and storing quotes
• User authentication and authorization
• Troubleshooting, support, and customer service
• System security, auditing, and analytics
• Improving platform performance and features

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Access to Quote Creator is restricted and may require approval. BIG DAISHOWA reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access to the platform at its discretion to maintain security, compliance, and proper use.

Reasonable steps may be taken to verify identity before granting access to account-specific information.
